At Glamour Tails™, we work with trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses around the world to bring you high-quality pet products at the best possible value.

Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.


📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it is forwarded to one of our fulfillment partners for shipment.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.


🚚 Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Because we partner with multiple suppliers, shipping times may vary by product.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Some items may ship from U.S. warehouses, while others ship from international facilities. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


📦 Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

This is normal and happens when items are fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment once available.


💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product weight and size

  • Current promotions (such as free shipping offers)

All shipping charges are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number(s).

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between facilities.


🌍 International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for customs-related delays

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control.


❗ Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Glamour Tails™ is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Orders delayed due to customs or incorrect address information

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
